Appointment Process

Appointments for dermatology cases are available with Dr. Waisglass Mondays and Tuesdays.   A one hour consultation is scheduled for the initial visit.  Dermatology history forms should be downloaded from our website and returned by both the pet owner and veterinarian at least 48 hours prior to the consultation.   Please phone our reception desk at 905-881-2752 to book an appointment and for information about our prices.

Appointments with Dr. Landsberg are available Monday through Friday.   Assessments, preventive counseling, and some of the less severe problems will require 30 to 90 minutes but more serious problems such as canine aggression cases often require more than 2 hours.  Behaviour cases are charged per half hour unit and any consultation lasting more than 90 minutes will be charged a flat rate fee which includes one follow-up consultation.  For a complete list of services and approximate lengths please see our section on behaviour services..  .  

Behavior consultations can also be scheduled with Dr. Sagi Denenberg who is being mentored by Dr. Landsberg in a non-conforming specialty training program approved by the American College of Veterinary Behaviorists.  Dr. Denenberg has appointment times available during some weekday afternoons and on some Saturdays.
